Refund policy

Overview

SATRUVEN LLC provides digital marketing services, not physical products. Because our work involves time, strategy and resources committed from the start of each engagement, the following terms apply to refunds and cancellations.

Setup fees and deposits

Setup fees and deposits are non-refundable. They cover strategy development, account setup and the resources we allocate at the start of the project.

Plans purchased online

Plans bought on our website are one-time strategy and setup engagements. Once work has started, they are non-refundable. If you have not yet completed onboarding and no work has started, contact us and we will review your request.

Ongoing management

When ongoing monthly management is agreed separately, monthly fees are non-refundable once work has started in that billing period. You can cancel future billing periods by giving written notice as described below.

One-time projects

For one-time projects such as web design and branding, payments for work already delivered or in progress are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before work begins, contact us and we will review the request.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend is paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok and cannot be refunded by us.

Cancellations

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless your service agreement says otherwise. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.

Exceptions

Requests outside this policy are reviewed case by case, at our discretion.
